                              RESOLUTION NO. 21656
                
                
                 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ENTER
                 INTO AND EXECUTE AN OPTION AGREEMENT BETWEEN
                 THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA AND THE ELECTRIC POWER
                 BOARD OF CHATTANOOGA.
                
                
                                                    
                
                
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, that the Mayor be and is hereby 
authorized
       to enter into and execute an Option Agreement between the City of 

       Chattanooga and the Electric Power Board in the form attached
       hereto.
